Family Run Farm Shop

Ashlea Farm is a family run farm shop that allows you to order fresh farm reared meat online, to be delivered direct to your door.

Ashlea Farm is a family business run by Jane Coomer and two of her sons David and Christopher in the ancient village of Euxton (pronounced ‘Exton’) which nestles within the picturesque rolling hills around Chorley, Lancashire.

100 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS

The Coomer family has been in farming for more than a century, and specialise in top quality home-reared meats, such as beef, lamb, pork, chicken and turkey.

The Coomer family pride themselves on the quality of their farm produce and offer an excellent friendly and efficient delivery service direct to your door, for all orders placed online!

BEST OF THE NORTH WEST

Here at Ashlea Farm,we are pleased to offer you all you need to create traditional Lancashire specialties with our fresh beef, free range chicken, free range pork, and other meat produce.

Bring the best of the North West into your home by whipping up a hearty Lancashire Breakfast for your family, with our Big Breakfast Box featuring sliced dry cured back bacon, home-made free range pork sausages, award-winning Bury black puddings, gammon steaks and free range eggs.

SIZZLING BREAKFASTS

Or for a lighter breakfast, place sizzling back bacon into a traditional Lancashire Barm Cake and pop a fried egg on top – very tasty!

Alternatively, from our free range beef selection, stewing and braising steak is ideal for Lancashire Hot Pot, a traditional dish where the meat is slow cooked with vegetables in a straight sided brown dish and topped with potatoes or pastry, hence the name Hotpot! Hotpot is usually served with red cabbage.
