WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Ashlea Farm home delivery days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please specify when ordering in special instructions your preferred day. Each order is freshly prepared and usually dispatched within 48 hours, deliveries to the Highlands may take longer.

HELPFUL TIPS WHEN ORDERING

• When placing your order, please enter the preferred delivery day in the special instructions box.
• If you are not at home to receive the delivery, remember to leave details of where to put your order, or an alternative delivery address in the special instructions box.

MUST I BE AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Yes, we do recommend that you are there to take the delivery.

However, if that is not possible, please complete the special instructions box with an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour or a cool safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.<

These instructions will be given to the courier.

Ashlea Farm cannot accept responsibility for any goods once they have been left at the property following the instructions provided.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Your order will arrive packaged in ice, in an insulated container. On arrival please check the contents of your order.

All our products are suitable for freezing.
