Ashlea Farm can offer you pork joints, including legs and shoulder, chops, fillets, ribs, as well as full and half pigs. We also have a range of home cured, smoked and other bacons. Also gammon and ham shanks. And look no further if you need a full, half or quarter jointed pig.

Lamb

Sunday dinner with the family, a perfectly roasted Ashlea Farm home reared leg of lamb with mint sauce, and a selection of seasonal vegetables – just thinking of it makes your mouth water.

If lamb is your favourite, why not consider a full or half jointed lamb which comes in different weights to suit families of all sizes.

Beef

How do you like your beef, rare, well roasted or in a casserole! We have home reared tender joints succulent steaks and a variety of slow cook casserole cuts to suit all tastes.

We can supply topside joints, fillet, sirloin and rump, and other delicious cuts. If you prefer, Ashlea Farm can provide a large medium or small beef box filled with a premium selection of fresh products.

Poultry

We have poultry and game products for all occasions. We offer fresh poultry and game from our family farm including chickens for roasting, breast fillets – a healthy option, and legs and drumsticks which are ideal for barbecues.

For that extra special occasion our game selection includes duck, goose, pheasant, and guinea fowl. And, of course, for Christmas, we have home reared turkeys of all sizes.

Mixed Box

If, like us you love meat, why not try our monthly meat box, filled with a scrumptious selection of meats which may include chicken, beef, lamb, chops, steaks, bacons and sausages.
